For the last few months we have been working with Hazel, to see how best STC could work with research scientists to pull through their work in the sphere of nutrient content of F&V to benefit personal health . Particularly to investigate how growers might maximize the benefits to consumers on a high level and repeatable basis . The last few paragraphs of Hazel”s report suggests there are lots of people chasing the point of difference goals . The confirmation of the Dept of Health message is reassuring for the continuation of Govt support to eat more of our products but illustrates the need for us as growers to help them .
