This review of the ecology gives a comprehensive assessment of how present Natural England ideas are working and suggests future ways of delivering public goods to enhance ecology and biodiversity I wonder if it will change some of the embedded rather non scientific actions in present programmes which are much influenced by NGO lobbying It does suggest how one delivers an environmentally sustainable biodiversity to meet public expectations
